By accessing or using our website and services, including consultations, artist development packages, events, and digital content, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 1. Services Provided

Delta Entertainment offers a range of services, including but not limited to:

  • Sync licensing guidance
  • Live and virtual event coordination

Services may be updated or modified at our discretion. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.


2. Consultations & Bookings

  • All consultations must be booked in advance through our scheduling system (e.g., Calendly).
  • Fees for consultations are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • No-shows may forfeit the session and payment.



3. Payments

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or according to the terms provided in your package agreement.
  • We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment or late payment.
  • Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and third-party payment providers.



4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, materials, and service offerings provided by Delta Entertainment—including written materials, strategies, recordings, and designs—are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be reused, distributed, or reproduced without written consent.

Clients retain rights to their original artistic creations but agree not to use Delta ENT materials for unauthorized commercial purposes.



5. User Responsibilities

By using our website or services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information
  • Refrain from illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
  • Not use our content for misleading or competitive purposes
  • Maintain professional conduct during all interactions



6. Privacy Policy

Return and Refund Policy

At Delta Entertainment, we strive to deliver high-value services that empower artists and creatives. Because our offerings are primarily service-based, including consultations, creative strategy, and digital development, we follow the policy outlined below for returns and refunds.



1. Service-Based Refunds

Due to the nature of our business, all sales of services—such as consultations, strategy sessions, production bookings, or artist development packages—are final and non-refundable once rendered.

If you are dissatisfied with a service you received, please contact us at [Insert Email] within 7 days of your appointment so we can evaluate your concern and offer a resolution where appropriate.



2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your consultation or service with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows will be considered used and are non-refundable.
  • Multi-session packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase. Unused sessions will not be refunded unless canceled by Delta ENT.



3. Digital Goods & Downloads

All downloadable materials, video links, eBooks, or digital content are non-refundable once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.



4. Refunds for Canceled Services (By Us)

If Delta Entertainment must cancel a scheduled session or service for any reason, clients will be given the option to:

  • Reschedule at no additional charge
    OR
  • Receive a full refund of the affected service



5. Exceptional Cases

Refund requests outside of our standard policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed. To request a review, email us at [Insert Email] with your:
